James Whelpton is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, accredited with a  Bachelor of Science in TCM Acupuncture. His wide-ranging career has included a TV appearance, treating members of the British Olympic Team, and helping hundreds of couples conceive. James is extremely experienced in the treatment of fertility and has attended numerous postgraduate courses, including courses on Assisted Reproductive Technologies (including IVF, IUI etc) at the Royal College of Physicians. Additionally, James is a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network, of which he was the research coordinator. He is also a Zita West accredited fertility acupuncturist. He opened The Acupuncture Clinic in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, 20 years ago. The clinic provides a relaxing atmosphere, dedicated to the professional practice of acupuncture.

James works closely with his wife team Jemma, a reflexologist, hypnobirthing teacher and Doula; making a great husband and wife team.  She works from home, in a beautiful garden office in central Marlow. Having four children of her own, she has a special interest in pregnancy related conditions and general well being during pregnancy.
